• We sign NDAs when requested by clients

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Taxell will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from client-provided inaccurate data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays caused by regulatory agencies or third parties

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We or the client may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All unpaid invoices are due immediately
• We may retain certain data for regulatory compliance

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abu Dhabi.

10. Changes to Terms
